This class will take place on Facebook. A private Facebook group page will be dedicated to this class and will remain up permanently for each student to refer back to when ever they need to. (Based on no changes made by Facebook) You will be able to ask any questions on this page at any time. I will answer all of your within 24 hours.

Class fees are to be paid in full before class and are not refundable.

Students will learn to create a 2 layer cake as seen in the photo.

2 layers of cake, levelled, torted, and iced with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I will be showing some essential decorating techniques such as borders and embellishments. You will learn how to create those really sharp edges that everyone talks about.

Each student will receive information on when and what to bake for this class. The swiss meringue buttercream recipe will be given to each student. Part 1 of the video will be released early to show how to make the meringue recipe. Part 2 of this class will be released the day of the class. Cake supplies are not included in the price.

Cake supplies you need for class will be made available on the private facebook page.

We will give you the option of buying the supplies through us at a 15% discount. We will be able to ship these supplies to anyone, anywhere. Please keep in mind that Covid is creating delays with shipments. Remember, you can watch this video at your leisure anytime.

All students must agree that access to this Facebook group page and the content taught, will not be shared.
