PG stands for Propylene Glycol, an organic compound. It is a clear, viscous, odorless liquid used as the NFI (non flavour ingredient) in PG Based Flavors. PG Based Flavors are water soluble and can be used in a variety of applications such as mixed drinks and smoothies, icing and frostings, baked goods, and more.
