Cookie Countess Gel Colors are highly concentrated and provide vibrant color with less liquid. They are formulated to match our airbrush colors. But also have fun experimenting by using a pinch of these colors to create softer hues. 
Cookie Countess Gel Colors are allergen friendly. The following ingredients are not used in our facility and will not come into contact with our gel colors – Soy, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Mustard Seed, Shell-fish, Fish, Milk, Eggs, or Wheat and/or Gluten.
Certified kosher pareve (OU)
Ingredients: Water, sugar, glycerine, FD&C blue #1, modified corn starch, FD&C red #3, carrageenan, potassium sorbate (preservative), xanthan gum, citric acid, maltodextrin, dextrose.
These are colors for mixing into icing (royal icing, buttercream, etc), and cannot be used in an airbrush machine.
