How to use:
 
Mark your cake dowels where you need to cut. Align the steel blade at the mark and cut slowly with even pressure. Be sure to use the middle point of the blade to help cut through the dowel without flattening it.
 
Can be used with both My Sweet Source and Poly-Dowels reinforced dowels.  For reinforced dowels (Poly-Dowels), just place on counter top and apply downward pressure to cut dowel.
