These edible glass-like creations are made from unflavored gelatin (such as Knox brand from your local grocery store), water, and food color. This method was developed by Cake Connection owner, Diane Simmons, in 2007 and she has since traveled the country visiting numerous stores and cake shows teaching and sharing this truly innovative artform.
