A strong stainless steel icing ruler to create a perfect, smooth finish to the top and sides of your cake when creating a royal icing, buttercream or ganache finish.

To use - apply icing to top of cake using a paddle action with a palette knife, then use the ruler at an angle to draw across the top of the cake from back to front to create a smooth surface.

This handy little tool is also ideal as a straight edge when cutting strips of sugarpaste, gum paste etc. making it a versatile piece of equipment for any cake decorator.

Made from the highest quality stainless steel with a bright silver finish.

Measures approx. 40.5cm / 16" long and 2.5cm / 1" wide

Although described as an Icing Ruler, this product does NOT have a measuring scale incorporated.
