Saracino’s Pasta Top is a premium fondant designed for effortless and precise cake covering. Its exceptional elasticity allows it to be rolled out to ultra-thin layers, even as thin as 1 mm, without cracking or tearing. Perfect for both professional and home bakers, Pasta Top ensures stunning results every time.

It is advisable to work the dough for at least two minutes before using it so that it is still elastic and resistant. If this is not enough, we recommend heating it briefly in the microwave (700 WATT) for max 4 seconds.
 
Contains sugars, cocoa butter and sunflower oil.
 
It is suitable for hot and humid climates. It resists problems without problems even at temperatures above 30°C and high levels of humidity, with a perfect result on the cake.
 
Pasta Top can also be used for cakes that require refrigerated storage.
It can be colored with fat-soluble food colorings in powder or gel.
It has a delicate vanilla aroma which enhances its sweet flavour, perfectly complementing that of the cake.
